About Our Services

We offer project consultation, urban design, structural design, project management, pattern language development and more.  We specialize in low-carbon urban development, transit-oriented development, ratings systems like LEED-ND, and other cutting-edge best practices.  (We also do public speaking, teaching and writing projects.) We welcome your inquiries.

Our rates are negotiable, but standard rates are $200 per hour, $1,600 per day.   Rates are lower for longer contract work.

If you are an NGO with modest resources, we can discuss options including deferral and, in some cases, reduced rates.  We understand that sometimes good projects begin with modest means.

Of course, full references, work portfolios and biographical details are available on request.
