About Our Services

We offer project consultation, urban design, building design, project management, pattern language development and more.  (We also do public speaking, teaching and writing projects.) We welcome your inquiries. 

Our rates are negotiable, but standard rates are $125 per hour, $1,000 per day.   Rates are lower for longer contract work.

If you have modest resources, we can discuss options including deferral and, in some cases, reduced rates.  We understand that sometimes good projects begin with modest means.
